Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return request.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it promptly.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
