Taxes and Duties:

Important: Zunis is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country. Customs authorities control the timing of package releases, which is outside of our control.

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order is forwarded to the warehouse. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to initiate a return to obtain a refund.
